I first began my real estate career in March of 1995 when I moved here from southeast Texas. The booming Austin, Texas real estate market drew me to work in real estate and to complete a bachelor of business administration at St. Edwards University. Having started in apartment locating, my interest soon grew towards corporate relocation, leading me to start One Source Relocation in January of 2003. Still in operation today, One Source Relocation provides professional realtor assistance in apartment locating, settling in services, area tours, and more. It is truly your 'one source relocation service.'
Responding to the needs of my clients, I later decided to expand the array of my services as an Austin realtor by adding home sales to the scope of the business. I wanted to give my customers more than what One Source Relocation could offer when buying a home. After interviewing several real estate companies in the area, I decided to partner with one of my colleagues, Eric Bramlett, to start One Source Realty. Now, Austin has a real estate company that will work with you from the time you start looking for a house until you are ready to move in.
Since the beginning of One Source Realty, our Team has been able to cultivate and specialize in different areas of the real estate transaction. Streamlining the services we provide has made the process more efficient, which in return saves the client time and money, thus maximizing the end goal.
