More Jobs Headed To North Austin
If you live in South Austin and enjoy a good steak restaurant you have probably visited the authentic Brazilian steakhouse, Estancia Churrascaria. Those that live in North Austin soon will be able to enjoy this fine dining closer to home. The restaurant’s first expansion will be in the Arboretum shopping center in North Austin. The new restaurant is expected to be double the original size of the current restaurant.
Estancia Churrascaria is expected to open in August or early September of this year. The new restaurant will be approximately 8,000 square feet and will cost approximately $1.2 million to lease, refurbish and fully equip. The menu at the new location will be similar to the original establishment in Sunset Valley.
Small businesses thrive in the Austin area and this is just another great example of that. The new location is expected to bring about 65 to 75 new jobs to the North Austin area.
