As the gateway to the Hill Country, Legend Oaks provides easy access to some of the most beautiful land in Texas without sacrificing the convenience of the city.
Legend Oaks, a pristine master planned community in Southwest Austin, is conveniently located near the conflux of Highway 290 and Highway 71 in Oak Hill. Drive 20 minutes east, and residents are in the heart of Austin’s bustling downtown. Twenty minutes west? Residents will be among the canyons and vistas of the Hill Country, where cows and wildflowers still outnumber the subdivisions.

The tight-knit neighborhood of Legend Oaks began development a decade ago. Few homes are older than 10 years, and new construction keeps home values on the upward trend. A smattering of tidy apartments and condominiums are located near the front of the neighborhood alongside Highway 290.
