When visitors exit MoPac Boulevard and enter the Villages at Western Oaks, the sudden tranquility and Hill Country terrain might surprise them.
They might also be surprised to know that the secluded neighborhood is just minutes away from shops, restaurants and other amenities of Austin.

Located just west of MoPac Boulevard between Slaughter Lane and William Cannon Drive, Villages at Western Oaks provides suburban appeal without the long commute to the city.
